What kind of guarantee do I get?

I create all jewelry with impeccable intention and purpose. This is why I stand confidently behind the jewelry I create. I proudly offer a 100% guarantee on the craftsmanship of my work. Please refer to my "Returns Policy" to return jewelry you're not satisfied with. 

 

What is the procedure for returns?

Jewelry can be returned to me within 90 days of purchase, no questions asked. Once your return is approved, you will be required to send your piece back to Wilma's Wearable Arts in NEW condition. When your piece has been received, your refund will be issued. **If your piece is damaged or broken upon return, we will only be able to issue you a 75% (credit) instead of a refund. **

Please Note: (Customer will also be liable to pay shipping cost to return any jewelry for a full refund.) We only ask that you send back your piece of jewelry before we reimburse your full refund.

My wearables came with a defect  and/or I need regular repairs done. Can you fix them?

Yes! In the unlikely event that you receive a defective piece, we will repair the defected item with no cost to you.  Examples of these items include, but are not limited to: broken chains or clasps, broken beads, components falling off, etc. Your (first only) repair due to malfunction will be free of charge! Subsequent repairs of my jewelry will be charged a $15 an hour flat fee rate.

 

You will need to email me at wilmawoollard7@gmail.com and provide a description of your issue with a photo of your broken piece within two weeks of your purchase date. Please provide a description and a photo of your issue and whether you are requesting a repair be done or a complete refund. 

 

IF-- only regular repairs are needed due to wear and tear, you will also need to provide a description of the issue with a photo as well. I will then assess the needed repairs and contact you for more details. (Fees for regular repairs are also $15 an hour.) 

 

 

Can I have a custom-made piece of jewelry made just for me?

You sure can! I can create jewelry for you, or your wedding, anniversary, prom or any special occasion. Simply email me stating your request for a custom order to be made, including all details with your ideas of the jewelry you would like to have created. I will contact you within a week with more questions and ideas I have to fit your needs.

 

How is your jewelry made?

Everything is handmade from start to finish. Every single piece of jewelry is unique and one-of-a-kind. Custom sizing is also available for those who might have a larger or smaller-size wrist or neckline. So if you’d like to request an extra small or extra large necklace or bracelet, please email me your exact measurements so I can accommodate you. 

 

What are my shipping options and fees?

Domestic only:

We use USPS 5 to7-day ground shipping or 2 to 3-day priority shipping on most orders. 

**A flat fee of $6--$9 will be charged to cover shipping/handling fees depending on which you choose, ground or priority shipping.**
